Located in one of the largest hospital-university centres in Europe, the Lyon BIOPARC is an international scale project.
Intended to bolster Research and Development in medical products, it will accommodate companies and their R&D teams specialised in this sector. The site has nine tenants in the Laënnec incubator.
The first phase of the Lyon BIOPARC, built by ICADE G3A, includes the construction of laboratories and associated offices, and residential hotel.
