The planned development of three major projects (Boulevard Urbain Est beltway, Lea/Leslys tramways, and the Carré de Soie) will deeply change the status, running and appeal of these two sites.
The huge renewal potential for this site (several unused areas) should enhance its value. Greater Lyon intends, within the frame of its industrial parks refurbishment actions, to improve all transfer and transport conditions, to make the area's internal operations easier, and to take part in economic actions in the sector.
